FlyerOS vs Aviatize
Aviatize covers a wide range of authorities and includes card payments and accounting sync in its base tier. FlyerOS is a connected system that models your authority’s rulebook and enforces it before the flight. Both are priced per aircraft; they lead on different things.
What each one is good at
Aviatize
- In-app card payments and accounting sync are included from the base tier.
- Very broad authority coverage across many countries.
- Strong on the fleet and asset side of a school.
FlyerOS
- One connected record: a change in one place, a defect, an expiry, a close-out, updates everything that depends on it rather than being reconciled between modules.
- The rules engine models an authority’s actual rulebook and enforces it at the point of booking (UK CAA and EASA today, with the rules engine built to add more).
- Every area is marked live, preview or planned, so a planned area is never sold as finished.

Common questions
- Is FlyerOS a good alternative to Aviatize?
- It depends on your priorities. If in-app card payments and the widest authority coverage matter most, Aviatize leads there today. If you want one connected record and the rulebook enforced at booking under UK CAA or EASA, FlyerOS is worth comparing directly.
- Does FlyerOS take card payments like Aviatize?
- Not in-app today. FlyerOS connects to your accounting system through a provider-neutral layer, or gives you a clean export, and we say so plainly rather than implying more. Aviatize includes card payments in its base tier.
- Does FlyerOS cover as many authorities as Aviatize?
- Not today. FlyerOS covers UK CAA and EASA and is adding more; Aviatize covers a wider range now. If you need coverage FlyerOS does not have yet, that is a fair reason to choose the broader option.
