Flight school scheduling software that checks a booking before it confirms
FlyerOS scheduling checks every booking against instructor privilege, document validity, aircraft status, the maintenance forecast, duty limits and finance holds for the time the flight will happen, and says why when it cannot go ahead.
What it does
Checked for the time of the flight
An aircraft that will be flown beyond its maintenance limits on the 14th cannot be booked for the 14th, because eligibility is evaluated for the time of the flight, not the moment it was booked.
A reason on every refusal
A calendar shows time. FlyerOS refuses an invalid booking and says exactly why, an expired rating, an aircraft out of maintenance limits, a duty limit, a finance hold, and suggests a fix.
Resources, not just aircraft
Instructors, rooms, simulators and vehicles are all schedulable, with the checks that apply to each.
Checked again at dispatch
The same checks run at the dispatch gate against the state right then, so nothing dispatches that should not.

- How is this different from a shared calendar?
- A calendar records intent. FlyerOS validates it: it knows whether the instructor, the student’s documents, the aircraft and the maintenance forecast allow the flight, and blocks the booking with a reason if they do not.
- When are the checks run?
- When the booking is proposed, evaluated for the time the flight is scheduled for, and again at the dispatch gate against the current state.
- Can we schedule simulators and rooms?
- Yes. Every bookable resource is scheduled in the same board, and rooms and vehicles are included at no extra cost.
