Product and site updates. We move quickly and we say what changed.

  1. Finance for clubs and syndicates, and accounting sync

    • Cost-sharing finance is live: reserve funds that build up from the hours flown, membership renewals you preview in full before a single charge is raised, member balances and top-ups, and syndicate shares with a statement per shareholder.
    • VAT recorded per line with the right treatment, so a members’ club’s shared running costs are not taxed as if they were a commercial sale.
    • Connect your accounting system and map your chart of accounts once, then sync charges across, or export a clean file if you would rather not connect.
    • The help centre now has a guide for every screen in the product, including reserve funds, membership renewals, member balances, postholders, the duty rota, unsold capacity and the activity trail.

  2. New pricing, and an annual/monthly choice

    • Simpler, lower pricing: Core, ATO and Enterprise at a headline annual rate, with monthly billing available for a small per-aircraft uplift. An annual/monthly toggle on the pricing page shows both.
    • A plain statement of the VAT position, so a syndicate that is not VAT-registered knows the gross figure before the invoice.
    • Founding schools now get the annual rate paid monthly for their first year, so there is genuinely nothing to find up front.

  3. Clearer pricing and role pages

    • Three published tiers, Core, ATO and Enterprise, priced per aircraft per month, with unlimited users, every base included and no minimum fleet or spend. Enterprise is published, not hidden behind a form.
    • Per-role pages showing what FlyerOS does for a Head of Training, operations, a CFI, maintenance, instructors and students.

  4. Compliance hub

    • A new Compliance & records section written for Heads of Training, what FlyerOS records, produces and refuses, with every capability marked live, preview or planned.
    • Plain answers on where records live and who can see them, with the technical detail kept for the reviewers who ask for it.

  5. Pricing simplified, per aircraft, no minimums

    • Simpler pricing: per aircraft per month, unlimited users, every base included, and no minimum fleet or spend.
    • A worked example so you can size your bill without calling us.

  6. Built for how you actually operate

    • Operating-profile pages for syndicates, clubs, DTOs, ATOs and academies, one product, configured to your shape, with what it switches on and off spelled out.
    • Day-in-the-life narratives for a flying club and an ATO, drawn from real UK operating flows.
