How the meter works
You should be able to work out your bill without calling us. So:
No minimum
No minimum fleet, no minimum spend, no minimum term beyond a month. Multiply your aircraft by the tier price and that is your bill.
Billed on active aircraft only
You are billed only for aircraft active during the month. Take one out of service and it stops being billed that month, no notice period, no negotiation.
Simulators are half price
Simulators and flight training devices count as half an aircraft.
Rooms and vehicles are free
Classrooms, briefing rooms, vehicles and every other bookable resource cost nothing.
Unlimited users, always
We will never charge per seat. A school that grows from 40 students to 400 pays exactly the same.
Every base included
Operating from three aerodromes costs the same as operating from one.
Migration and onboarding
Moving systems is the part everyone worries about, so we give you two ways to do it. Either way, support is unlimited and included, and founding schools get the done-for-you migration free.

Founding customer programme
The first five schools get the annual rate, paid monthly, with no upfront cost.
For the first twelve months, founding schools pay the headline annual price and pay it monthly, so there is nothing to find up front, and we migrate you at no charge. In return: permission to name you as a customer, a case study or reference call once you are live, and regular input into what we build next.

An availability commitment with service credits, written down, on a page you can read before you sign.
Your data is yours, always
Export every record and file, in usable formats, whenever you want, including after you leave. No fee, no notice period, no conversation required.
No charge to pay by invoice
Purchase orders and bank transfer are standard. We will never add a fee because you did not pay by card.
Price protection for 24 months
Your per-aircraft price will not increase for two years from the day you sign.

Frequently asked
Is there a minimum?
No. No minimum fleet size, no minimum monthly spend and no minimum term beyond one month. One aircraft on Core costs £25 a month.
What counts as an aircraft?
Any aircraft on your fleet register that was active at some point during the billing month. If it was deactivated for the whole month, you are not billed for it.
Do simulators cost the same as aircraft?
No. Simulators and flight training devices count as half an aircraft.
What happens when an aircraft goes out of service or is sold?
Deactivate it in FlyerOS and it stops being billed from that month. Its history stays intact and searchable.
How many users can we have?
As many as you like. Students, instructors, examiners, engineers, office staff and management are all included, at every tier.
Do you charge per base or per location?
No. Every base is included at every tier.
Is there anything else to buy?
No. There are no add-on modules, no premium features and no usage charges, and support is unlimited. The only optional cost is the one-off £1,000 if you would like us to run your migration; you can do it yourself for free.
Is support included?
Yes. Support is unlimited and included at every tier. We do not sell support tiers or charge for onboarding help.
What does migration involve, and how long does it take?
You can import your fleet, people, programmes and records yourself with our tools at no cost, or we do the whole thing for a one-off £1,000 (free for founding schools). Either way support is unlimited. Most schools are live within a few weeks; larger multi-base operations take longer, and we say so at the outset.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes, at no extra cost. Many of our customers are universities and academies who cannot pay by card, and we are not going to charge them for that.
Can we see it before we commit?
Yes. We run a full walkthrough on a working environment set up the way you operate, with someone there to answer questions, and you can then run FlyerOS alongside whatever you use now for a fortnight, with your own aircraft and people already in it.
Can we try it before we pay?
You run FlyerOS alongside whatever you use now for a fortnight, with your own aircraft and people already in it, and you pay nothing until you go live. It is the real thing rather than an empty shell, so you are deciding on your own operation, not a demonstration.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You export all of it, in full, at no cost, training records, flight records, documents, everything. Your regulator expects you to hold those records and we are not going to stand between you and them.
Are prices available in other currencies?
Sterling is our published price. Euro and US dollar are available on request at a fixed rate reviewed annually, we do not add a margin to the exchange rate.
Is VAT included?
No, all prices exclude VAT. For EU customers we do not charge VAT where the reverse charge applies and you supply a valid VAT number.
Will new modules change our price?
No. New capability in your tier arrives at the price you already pay; we do not repackage it as a paid add-on later.
Can we change tier later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at your next billing month.
What is the minimum commitment?
One month. We would rather earn the renewal.
