How FlyerOS records who did what and when across your records, including any FlyerOS staff access, so every action is accountable after the fact.

The activity trail is the record of what happened to your data: who did it, what they did, when, and where it can be shown, why. It is the answer to "who changed this," which is a question every school eventually asks.
What it records
Actions on your records, attributed to the person who took them. A grade entered, a booking moved, a document generated, a permission changed. Because each action carries who and when, an unexpected change is a lookup rather than an investigation.
Including staff at FlyerOS
The trail also records any access by FlyerOS staff. If someone on our side ever needs to look at your data to help with a support case, that access is logged in the same trail you can see, not in a system only we can read. You can hold us to the same standard of accountability you hold your own team to.
Why it matters
Accountability is not about catching people out. It is about being able to explain, after the fact, exactly what happened, which is what an auditor, an insurer or a worried member wants. A trail that is always on and cannot be quietly edited is worth more than anyone's memory of a busy week.
Getting it out
Where you need the trail beyond the screen, for an audit or an investigation, you can export it. It leaves in a form your auditor can read, the same as the rest of your data.
