If FlyerOS is ever unavailable
The safety net if the system is down: a printable day pack built ahead of time, your data exportable at any moment, and nightly off-site backups with a documented restore.

No system is up every minute. What matters is that a bad minute for us does not become a bad day for you. FlyerOS is built so that an outage on our side stays our problem.
The printable day pack
Ahead of each day, FlyerOS produces a printable day pack: the day's schedule, who is flying what and when, and the state of every aircraft, serviceable, or grounded and why. It is built in advance and held in storage that opens even when the application itself is not reachable.
So if the system is unreachable at eight in the morning, the ops desk still has the day on paper: the bookings, the instructors, the aircraft that can and cannot fly. The day runs, and the catching-up happens once the system is back.
Your data is always yours
You can export your records in full at any time, with no charge and no notice period. If you ever want your own copy, or need to leave, it is one action away. See exporting your data.
Backups you do not have to think about
Your data is copied nightly to storage held separately from the live system, and there is a documented procedure for restoring it. You do not run any of this; it happens whether or not anyone remembers it exists.
What this adds up to
The day can be run from paper, your data cannot be trapped inside the system, and a serious failure has a documented way back. The aim is plain: an outage should cost you an inconvenience, never a day's flying or a record.
