Requesting a booking as a member
How to ask for an aircraft or a lesson from your phone, and what happens after you send the request.

Open My bookings and choose a time and an aircraft to request a flight. You are asking against real availability, so you can only pick from what is genuinely free.
Making the request
- Open My bookings.
- Choose what you want, an aircraft, or a lesson with an instructor.
- Pick a time from the slots shown as available.
- Send the request.
If your school lets members book directly, the flight is yours straight away. If it requires approval, your request goes to whoever runs the schedule, and you are told when it is confirmed.
Why a slot might not be offered
You are shown only what you are actually eligible for at that time. If a slot you expected is missing, it is usually because the aircraft is booked, is due for maintenance, or something about your own currency does not clear for that time. The schedule checks this before it offers you the slot, so you are not left to find out on the day.
Changing or cancelling
Your upcoming flights are listed under My bookings. Cancel or ask to change one from there. Do it as early as you can, so the slot can go to someone else.
