Running a membership renewal
How the renewal run previews every charge and pro-rata calculation before a single one is raised, so a treasurer approves the whole run with nothing hidden.

Membership renewals are the moment a club bills everyone at once. It is also the moment mistakes are expensive and hard to unpick. FlyerOS handles it as a preview you approve, not a button that charges people the instant you press it.
Preview before anything is charged
Open the renewal run and FlyerOS works out the whole thing first: who is due, what each member owes, and every pro-rata calculation for anyone who joined part way through a period. You see the entire run laid out, member by member, with the exceptions called out, before a single charge exists.
Pro-rata is worked out for you
A member who joined in March does not owe a full year in April. The run calculates the part-period amount from their join date and the renewal date, and shows you the working, so you can see why the figure is what it is rather than trusting it blind.
Approve the run, then it happens
When the preview looks right, you approve it. Only then are the charges raised. If something looks wrong, you change the inputs and preview again. Nothing is committed until you say so.
Lead time
You can run the preview ahead of the renewal date to see what is coming, using a lead window you set. That gives you time to chase a lapsing member or fix a wrong rate before the run goes out.
